Federico Cuadra Del Carmen is an associate in the Miami office of Baker McKenzie. Prior to joining the Firm, he earned a joint degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and the Northwestern University School of Law. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and represented Northwestern at the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Midwest U.S. Super Regional, where he was named among the “Top Oralists.” He was also selected as one of the Kennedy School graduation marshals at Harvard University’s 2013 commencement ceremony, elected twice as MPA class representative, and honored as teaching fellow for Professor Marshall Ganz.
Federico practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
