Victoria Christians LL.M.
Biography
Victoria Christians is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Berlin office and a member of the German Labor Law Practice Group. She spent her legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Kammergericht Berlin and passed her Second State Exam in 2022. Prior to this, Victoria studied law in Münster, Germany and graduated from law school in 2018. She also studied law at the Stellenbosch University in South Africa, where Victoria obtained her LL.M. degree in 2019.
Practice Focus
Victoria advises companies on all labor and employment law-related matters, such as terminations and drafting employment contracts. She also counsels companies on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and works council issues. Victoria also represents companies in labor court proceedings in Germany.
