Alex Chiang
Biography
As Head of the Capital Markets practice group, Alex has extensive experience in cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and cross-border securities offerings. Alex advises several leading investment banks on the structuring of various merger and acquisition transactions. His practice spans across multiple areas, including M&A, securities, corporate, private equity, banking, and finance, covering the intricacies of complex international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, insurance, and direct investment.
