Biography

Ramon Campos has more than 10 years of experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams providing legal and tax advice to multinational companies with operations in Mexico on international tax strategies, supply chain taxation, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other Mexican tax issues.

Also, Ramon Campos is involved in procedures for the refund of favorable balances of taxes and the legal defense of companies in audit reviews before the Mexican Tax Authorities.

Practice Focus

Ramon's practice involves legal advice to companies of the maquiladora and automotive industry and other major manufacturing industries in Mexico, with matters related to the tax implications of all kinds of transactions along the supply chain, which include permanent establishment issues, indirect taxation (VAT and excise tax), among others.
