
Alejandra Verónica Bugna
Biography
Alejandra Bugna focuses on Corporate Law, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is a member of the Baker McKenzie Latin America Real Estate Steering Committee for Argentina, and in this capacity has worked to leverage cross border experience and practice.
Alejandra has authored of several publications papers on her focus areas, and has participated in numerous seminars and events related to her practice.
Practice Focus
Alejandra’s practice covers lead management and advice to local and foreign companies on a wide variety of legal matters relating to real estate transactions and development of real estate projects. She regularly drafts and assists in negotiations of pre-acquisition and acquisition agreements and ancillary corporate and commercial documents.
She advises on entity formation, joint ventures and strategic alliances. She also provides transactional and legal advice for real estate projects, analysis of alternative legal structures, drafting and negotiation of contracts and execution.
She has also assisted in the development of real estate and traditional construction projects and build to suit projects, and has provided transactional and legal advice for those projects with private and public owners, analysed alternative legal structures and counselled on risks and compliance with environmental regulations affecting property development and operations.
She has participated in the latest Real Estate events in Argentina and abroad, and in 2019 participated in an Executive Program on Real Estate Management at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
