Biography
Isabelle Bronzwaer is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Amsterdam. She advises multinational companies and international groups on Dutch and international tax matters, with a particular focus on cross-border restructurings, M&A transactions and investment structures.
Isabelle has extensive experience guiding clients through complex tax aspects of corporate reorganizations, business integrations and global operating model transformations. She regularly works with multidisciplinary teams across Baker McKenzie's international network to help clients implement tax-efficient structures that support their commercial objectives.
Her practice spans a broad range of corporate tax matters, including international tax planning, post-acquisition integration, legal entity rationalizations, supply chain transformations and investment structuring. She advises clients across a variety of sectors, including technology, consumer goods and retail, life sciences and financial services.
