Adrian Brandauer
Biography
Mag. Adrian Brandauer is a junior associate of Baker McKenzie's IPTech Team in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm in June 2022, he obtained professional experience as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court Vienna and as a Paralegal in several Viennese boutique law firms. He studied law at the University of Vienna and is candidate of a post-graduate LL.M. degree in IT-, media, data protection, and telecommunication law from the University of Vienna.

Adrian advises multinational and domestic clients on telecommunications law, software licensing, data protection, IT outsourcing, patent law, trademark law, copyright, cyber security, e-commerce matters and related litigation.
