Biography

Aurélie Bonneau is counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration group of the Paris office, which she joined in 2011.

She focuses her practice on domestic as well as international cases, and covers several practices.

Before joining Baker McKenzie, Aurélie worked as an associate in the litigation department of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. She also had internships in the litigation department of Clifford Chance, in the arbitration department of Lazareff and in the legal department of Michelin.

Practice Focus

Aurélie Bonneau is experienced in litigation on a national and international level, with an emphasis on general commercial litigation: contract law, tort law, banking law and product liability.

Aurélie's practice also covers legal advice in pre-litigation procedure (debt recovery strategy, review of contractual documents, termination of established commercial relations strategy, etc.).

She regularly represents, advises and defends clients from various industries (industrial, banking, pharmaceuticals, automotive, textile manufacturers, petrochemicals, IT).

Aurélie has developed particular expertise in the area of alternative dispute resolution.

She was trained at the International School of Alternative Dispute Resolution (EIMA, 2015)

  • health matters (assisting healthcare industries in litigation regarding commercial relations and communication on healthcare products)
  • enforcement measures (seizure of assets, mortgages)
  • judicial expert investigations (product liability)
