Biography

Renske Boesten is a senior associate with the Baker McKenzie Amsterdam Corporate team. She joined Baker McKenzie Amsterdam in 2019 as a candidate-civil law notary after she finished her study. In February 2023, Renske was seconded to the Baker McKenzie Chicago office for a period of 10 months.

Practice Focus

Renske mainly focusses on the implementation of national and cross-border reorganizations, including spin-offs, post-acquisition integrations, simplification and clean-up projects, as well as cash repatriations. She coordinates jurisdictions in various regions and works on implementation in the Netherlands and has been involved in large reorganization projects for well-known multinationals. In addition, she is specializing in capital markets and IPO structuring and advises on general Dutch corporate law matters.
