Baker McKenzie Legal Advisor to Linjemontage in its IPO

On 25 September 2026, the trading in Linjemontage i Grästorp AB’s (publ) shares commenced on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offering price in the offering was set to SEK 46 per share, corresponding to a market value of the company's shares of approximately SEK 2.4 billion.
