Thea Hansson
Biography
Thea Hansson is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Capital Markets Practice Group in Stockholm. She works mainly with domestic and cross-border transactions, and on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border reorganizations.
Thea joined Baker McKenzie in 2022 while pursuing her studies at Stockholm University. During her time at Baker McKenzie, Thea has worked in various roles such as summer associate and legal trainee in the Capital Markets team, before becoming an associate in 2025.
Practice Focus
Thea focuses her practice mainly on equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. Thea advises both domestic and international clients on a range of equity capital markets and public M&A transactions.

- Acted for WS WeSports Group in its SEK 500 million IPO on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm.
- Acted for Vicore Pharma Holding in its USD 48 million directed new share issue of shares.
