Linnea advises corporations in relation to the tax aspects of various transactions, restructuring and reorganization. Her main practice area is transactional tax including IPOs and reorganization for national and international company groups, but she advises also small or medium-sized corporations managed by their owners. Another focus area is tax litigation and Linnea also advises companies in connection with tax litigation processes. She has handled tax matters involving listing companies on the stock exchange, advised in relation to the establishment of business in Sweden and on mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on the tax treatment of various incentive programs and represents clients in tax litigations and audits.

• Advised Ryan LLC on its acquisition of Svalner Atlas Advisors.
• Advised Viva Wine Group on its uplisting to Nasdaq Stockholm.
• Represented an international bank in tax litigation in the Supreme Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding reclaim of withholding tax.
• Advised Besqab on its uplisting to Nasdaq Stockholm.
• Advised Hacksaw AB in its IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm.
• Advised Embracer Group in its equity transaction via a dividend of shares in Asmodee and the subsequent listing of Asmodee on Nasdaq Stockholm.
• Advised FM Mattsson Mora AB in connection with IPO and provided current tax advice during the process, e.g. regarding incentives and benefits.
• Represented an international company in tax litigation regarding challenged transfer pricing in connection with deemed transfer of IP and other assets.
• Advised Cubera Private Equity on its investment into Anticimex together with other investors by purchasing shares from EQT.
• Advised company on worldwide management incentive scheme.
