On September 2, 2026, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed Plaintiffs’ amended complaints with prejudice, finding that Plaintiffs failed to adequately allege a conspiracy to fix prices in the United States or a foreign conspiracy with sufficient effects on US commerce. The ruling came after Plaintiffs amended their complaints with the benefit of cooperation materials from a settling defendant.
