Stephen Loertscher is an associate in Baker McKenzie's North America Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, based in the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining the Firm, Stephen served as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, where he worked on complex antitrust and patent litigation involving cutting-edge technology and pharmaceuticals. This experience equipped him with a deep understanding of innovation-driven industries and sharpened his ability to quickly analyze intricate regulatory and technical issues. Stephen brings this insight to his antitrust practice, helping clients navigate competitive challenges in fast-evolving markets.
