Baker McKenzie Advises UBS on Syndicated Credit Facility for Implenia

Baker McKenzie advised UBS Switzerland AG ("UBS"), acting as lender, sole bookrunner, mandated lead arranger and agent, on all legal aspects of the structuring and renewal of a syndicated credit facility for Implenia AG, Switzerland’s leading construction and real estate services provider.

The Baker McKenzie team advised UBS throughout the transaction, including on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of the financing.
