Biography

Felix is an associate of Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm's Banking and Finance Practice Group. He graduated from the University of Basel in 2022. After gaining practical experience as an intern at the civil court of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, he joined the firm as a trainee lawyer. He was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2024 and re-joined the Firm in 2025.

Practice Focus

Felix advises domestic and international clients in the areas of banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions as well as general corporate and accounting law.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Advised Zürcher Kantonalbank and Luzerner Kantonalbank AG in connection with a term and revolving credit facilities agreement for Axicom Holding AG for the (partial) refinancing of the purchase price paid by the Energy Transition Investment (ETI) fund of Trilantic Europe for the acquisition of all the shares in Axicom HV AG.
  • Advised UBS Switzerland AG and a syndicate of Swiss banks on the conclusion of a syndicated credit facility agreement for Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG ("Merbag").
