Baker McKenzie Advises Keysight on Acquisition of VPIphotonic

Baker McKenzie advised Keysight Technologies, Inc. a global technology company focused on design, emulation and test solutions, on its acquisition of German VPIphotonics, a provider of photonic design automation software. The transaction was completed on 9 June 2026.
