Baker McKenzie has advised Bank Hapoalim as the lead arrangers and lenders on the GBP 150 million refinancing of nine Hilton Hotels within Vivion Group’s Zinc Portfolio.
The interdisciplinary Baker McKenzie team was led by London-based leveraged finance and high yield capital markets partner David Becker and real estate partner Ben Farnell, along with Laura Devlin, Anna George, Jack McCaw and Amina Belhaj.
