Baker McKenzie was honored to participate in the GCNT Expo 2025, held from 29–31 July 2025 and hosted by the UN Global Compact Network Thailand (UNGCNT). The event brought together leaders from across sectors to accelerate progress toward achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Centered around the theme “Forward SDGs Faster Together,” the Expo featured over 100 panel discussions and workshops designed to accelerate both national and global efforts toward sustainable development. This year, Baker McKenzie was proudly represented by two of our partners who contributed to impactful conversations on sustainability and governance.

On 30 July, Kowit Adireksombat joined the Opening Ceremony and participated as a panelist in the session “Capital for Change: Unlocking Sustainable Finance for Global Impact” where he shared insights on the role of financial innovations and cross-sector collaborations in driving transformative change.  On 31 July, Piya Krootdaecha participated in the panel “Rebuilding Trust: From Corruption to Transparency,” engaging in dialogue on governance, integrity, and strategies to restore public trust in institutions.

Since 2023, Baker McKenzie Thailand has been a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact Network Thailand, reaffirming our commitment to advancing priority SDGs and upholding the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. These principles guide our operations in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

“Baker McKenzie remains committed to supporting sustainable development through legal innovation, thought leadership, and active engagement with stakeholders across sectors,” said Wynn Pakdeejit, Managing Partner, Baker McKenzie Thailand.
