Baker McKenzie Advises Swisscanto Anlagestiftung on its acquisition of the retail property "Neumarkt 4" in St. Gallen

Baker McKenzie advised Swisscanto Anlagestiftung, represented by Zürcher Kantonalbank Asset Management, on its acquisition of the local supply center "Neumarkt 4" from Baloise Versicherung AG. Located in the heart of the city of St. Gallen, the high quality property offers mixed use consisting of retail, commercial, restaurant, take-out and office space.
