In Refinitiv's 2023 rankings for equity capital markets transactions in Sweden, Baker McKenzie's team in Stockholm ranked #1 in acting for investment banks for the eighth consecutive year (2016-2023) in terms of deal volume, and #2 in terms of deal value.
As for issuer representation in equity capital markets transactions in 2023, the Stockholm team ranked #2 in terms of deal volume and has been ranked #1-3 for eight consecutive years (2016-2023) as well in this category.
