Baker McKenzie has acted as the legal advisors to the sole sponsor and sole overall coordinator and underwriters in connection with the global offering and listing of BaTeLab Co., Ltd. (“BaTeLab”) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company’s H shares (stock code: 2149) commence trading today. 
 
BaTeLab focuses on the design of all major categories of analog IC and mixed-signal IC products and systematic solutions. BaTeLab offers approximately 400 types of diversified industrial-grade analog IC-patterned wafer products across seven sub-categories in the power management category and the signal chain category. BaTeLab'shigh-performance, general-purpose, standardized analog IC-patterned wafers are adaptable to a variety of end products in different application scenarios, including automotive electronics, healthcare, industrial automation, industrial Internet of Things, industrial lighting, instrumentation, communications, electric power, energy storage and consumer electronics.
 
BaTeLab currently owns over 400 intellectual property rights, including patents, proprietary rights of IC layout design and software copyrights. BaTeLab has an ISO9001 Quality Management SystemCertification and was awarded as one of the Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Jiangsu Province, qualified as one of the High-tech Enterprise as well as one of the Enterprises with Strenghs in Intellectual Property Rights.
 
The Baker McKenzie team was led by Capital Markets Partner Wang Hang of the Beijing office, with support from Yolanda Zheng (FenXun), Sheng Chen, Michael Lian (FenXun), Phoebe Wang, Helen Liu, Robin Weng (FenXun) and Michael Shi (FenXun). FenXun is Baker McKenzie's joint operation platform partner in China.
