Baker McKenzie and its member firms in Southeast Asia clinched five awards at the Legal 500 Southeast Asia Awards 2023, which was held in Singapore on 11 May 2023. The awards won are:
- Law Firm of the Year (Labor and Employment) - Baker McKenzie
- Marketing Team of the Year - Baker McKenzie
- Rising Star of the Year (Construction and Real Estate) - Daniel Ho, Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow
- Lawyer of the Year (Tax) - Adeline Wong, Wong & Partners
- Rising star of the year (Tax) - Niken Kristalia, HHP Law Firm
The Firm and its member firms were also shortlisted as finalists in 32 other categories, including "Firm of the Year" for the region, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines as well as "Law Firm of the Year" for Banking & Finance, Corporate M&A, Intellectual Property and Tax categories.
Hosted by global leading legal directory The Legal 500, the awards recognizes Southeast Asia's leading firms, lawyers and in-house counsels based on the directory's market-leading independent research.
