Baker McKenzie has advised Horizon Construction Development Limited ("Horizon Construction Development") on the approximately HKD 1.65 billion global offering and listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which commence trading today.

The Baker McKenzie team was led by Partner Wang Hang of Beijing Office, Han Bing and Stella Hu of the International Capital Markets Practice of FenXun Partners. They were assisted by Associates Xiaoyang Hu, Phoebe Wang, Helen Liu and Crystal Min in Shanghai, Liuyang Yu in Beijing and Benjamin Cheung in Hong Kong.
