If you remain dissatisfied following our response to any complaint, you may have a right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman. From time to time, we may hold monies belonging to our clients in our client account. When we repay those monies we will account for any interest we have received on the balance held. Please note that we will not account for interest if the amount calculated on the balance held is £20 or less, regardless of duration.
