It's October, and the hotel industry is flocking to Singapore between 20th and 22nd for the annual HICAP conference.

Baker McKenzie is proud that it has had participants from around the region at every HICAP since the inaugural HICAP in 1989. We are even prouder that we have sponsored a Master Class at HICAP every year since, as far as we can tell, 2009 (except for the COVID years). This year our topic is "Asia Pacific Survey of Hotel Sales Agreements - An Analysis of Trends". The session will be moderated by Sebastian Busa (Partner & Asia Pacific Practice Leader – Real Estate Baker McKenzie) with panellists Byron Frost (Baker McKenzie Tokyo), LingWei Tan (JLL Singapore) and Stephen Burt (Hotel Capital Partners Sydney).
