The seminar, titled “Key Legal Challenges Facing Japanese Companies in Thailand in 2026 - Latest Practices and Compliance in the Foreign Business Act and Labor Law”, was attended by more than 70 participants, including representatives from leading Japanese companies and manufacturers operating in Thailand.
At this session, participants gained insights into the evolving regulatory landscape, practical compliance approaches, and key updates under the Foreign Business Act and Thai Labor Law — topics that remain important to the operations and risk management of Japanese business operators in Thailand.
