Join us in Mountain View, California on Thursday, November 12, for an exclusive in-person forum on Trade Strategy in a Fragmented World.
This in-person event will precede our webinar series – the 47th Year-End Review of Global Trade Developments Conference.
This in-person forum offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with industry experts and peers, participate in focused discussions on global trade trends and gain valuable insights ahead of the virtual conference.
PLEASE NOTE: This in-person session is a standalone experience and serves as a complement to the virtual conference taking place through webinars the following week between November 17-19, 2026. Each format offers distinct content and networking opportunities.
Keynote Fireside Chat with Peter Harrell
The event will kick off with a fireside chat featuring Peter Harrell (Visiting Scholar Georgetown Law, former White House Senior Director for International Economics and Competitiveness, Contributing Editor, Lawfare), who will share insights on making sense of economic statecraft, the weaponization of tariffs, sanctions, and export controls, and adapting to the proliferation of economic security agreements.
The fireside chat will be followed by two panels:
- The first panel will discuss strategies for competing amid tariffs, trade remedies, and trade retaliations in a fragmented global economy;
- The second will explore access to AI models and datacenter considerations – the intersection of artificial intelligence, technology sovereignty, export controls, and national security.
Watch this space for the full agenda, coming soon.
