Biography
Yixin Yang is member of Baker McKenzie's Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in Frankfurt. Prior to joining the Firm as an associate in 2020, she served her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. During this time, she worked at international law firms in Munich and Shanghai. From 2018 to 2019, Yixin worked in the Munich office of an international law firm as a research assistant focused on legal matters with regard to cross-border and domestic private equity funds.
