Biography
Katherine Yang is an economist of the Firm's Economics Group in Washington, DC. Katherine Yang‘s practice focuses on providing economic analyses and valuation services in connection with transfer pricing issues, IP planning, tax policy matters and business integration and restructuring activities.
Practice Focus
She has worked with clients in pharmaceutical, medical device, information technology, retail, financial services, aerospace and business services industries. Katherine has assisted multinational corporations with a broad range of global transfer pricing issues, including documentation, planning, advance pricing agreements (APAs), cost sharing arrangements, and audit/controversy support. She has experience in preparing valuations of businesses, equity and intangible property as well as IP planning matters.
