Biography

Luuk Verduijn is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Amsterdam. He joined the Firm in January 2022.

Practice Focus

Luuk focuses on Dutch corporate income tax law, Dutch personal income tax law, (conditional) withholding tax, European tax law and international tax law. He primarily advises multinational companies and wealthy individuals on general tax planning, (international) restructurings, mergers & acquisitions and tax disputes with the Dutch tax authorities.

Luuk has registered tax law as principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on that registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in tax law, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
