
Quinten van Schajik
Biography
Quinten van Schajik is an associate within Amsterdam Indirect Tax practice group with multiple years of experience in the area of VAT and tax litigation. In 2023, he was selected by the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB) to participate in the Tax Talent Course, which is organized for young professionals by the NOB and Dutch Tax Authorities (and Ministry of Finance). He joined Baker McKenzie in 2020.
Practice Focus
Quinten is experienced in value added tax (VAT) law from a Dutch and European Union perspective. Quinten focuses on tax dispute resolution (litigation) and advises clients on their indirect tax position. This relates to the indirect tax aspects of their EMEA and global transactions, supply chain opportunities, acquisition and restructuring projects, and VAT optimization projects.
