Ivan Tomic
Biography
Ivan Tomic is a member of the Banking and Finance Practice Group at Baker McKenzie's Zurich office. He graduated from the University of Zurich in 2021. In 2022, he joined the firm as a trainee lawyer and re-joined as an associate in 2025 after being admitted to the Swiss bar. In addition to his work at the firm, Ivan gained experience at another law firm in Switzerland and worked as an intern at the High Court of the Canton of Schaffhausen and at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Zurich.
Practice Focus
Ivan advises domestic and international clients in the areas of banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions as well as general corporate and accounting law.
