Biography

Jennifer Truyenque Palacios has training and experience in administrative law and arbitration.

She advises private companies and government entities on public procurement, public-private partnership projects, works for taxes and contracts under international organizations procedures.

She also advises on various dispute resolution mechanisms and participates in national and international arbitration related to public contracts.

Her experience also includes advising on administrative sanctioning procedures and consulting on administrative law matters in general.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Advised on various processes conducted through the government procurement regulations, public-private partnerships, works by tax and contracting under the procedures of international organizations.
  • Advised on the execution of consulting contracts for representative projects in the country, as well as in contracts for works, goods and services.
  • Advised on different dispute prevention and resolution mechanisms, such as a Dispute Resolution Board, conciliation and/or national and international arbitration, among others.
  • Advising on claims arising from the execution of FIDIC contracts in sanitation and transportation.
  • Advised state-owned companies and regulatory agencies, among other public and/or private institutions, on administrative law matters.
  • Advised on administrative sanctioning procedures before the State Contracting Tribunal, regulatory agencies and regional governments, among others.
