Teresa regularly sponsors companies in proceedings before INDECOPI for matters relating to antitrust, consumer protection, unfair competition and the elimination of bureaucratic barriers.

Advised Compañía Marítima Chilena in a proceeding initiated by the Competition Authority (INDECOPI) in connection with an alleged cartel in the market of vehicle shipping services.
