• Advising on the cross-border implementation of flow of goods schemes.

• Representing clients in various proceedings (particularly, disputes resulting from VAT and income tax) before the tax authorities and administrative courts.

• Participating in tax reviews in relation to VAT and corporate income tax for IT and FMCG companies.

• Advising on and drafting requests for a tax ruling to be submitted to the tax authorities.

• Preparing written pleadings and other documents for entities involved in tax controversies and litigation.
