Biography

Piotr Tatara is a tax adviser in Baker McKenzie's Warsaw office. He focuses on VAT issues and tax litigation.

Practice Focus

Mr. Tatara handles day-to-day tax consultancy for FMCG companies, represents clients before the Polish administrative courts, participates in tax reviews and provides training on the latest tax developments. He has also advised on a number of complex real estate transactions.

  • Advising on numerous transactions, including acquisitions in the wind energy sector.

  • Advising on the cross-border implementation of flow of goods schemes.
