Biography
Alisa Tannert works as an associate in the Frankfurt office in the area of Restructuring & Insolvency law. Prior to joining the Firm, she completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe. As an Erasmus Plus scholar, she studied law for two semesters at the Université de Lorraine (faculté de droit, science économiques et Gestion) in Nancy, France, in 2019/2020.
Practice Focus
Alisa's practice focuses on advising companies, shareholders, creditors and the management during financial crises and insolvency. Furthermore, she advises on liability aspects in the event of insolvency and specialises in insolvency litigation.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised a bank consortium in connection with the financial restructuring of loans in the amount of approx. EUR 300 million to a retailer.
- Advised a private bank in connection with the insolvency of a real estate developer.
- Advised the insolvency administrator in connection with the processing of liability claims.
