Biography

Michelle Shin is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Commercial group, based in the San Francisco office. She focuses on technology and data privacy matters.

Practice Focus

Michelle advises US and multinational companies on cybersecurity, data privacy, product compliance, marketing and other consumer protection matters. She assists companies with state, federal, and international privacy compliance and governance, including the CCPA, other US state privacy laws, and the GDPR. Michelle also regularly supports clients on national and global compliance strategies, particularly in connection with product and service launches and expansions.
