Biography

Michelle Shin is an associate in the International Commercial Group and is based in our San Francisco office. She advises US and multinational companies on data privacy compliance, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws.

Practice Focus

Michelle's practice involves global data privacy law compliance, which includes the GDPR, CCPA, CAADCA, and HIPAA. She also helps clients comply with consumer protection laws, such as those that apply to sweepstakes, advertising, and marketing.
