Biography

Louise Sarasin is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Investigations, Compliance & Ethics departments in Geneva. Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, she was a litigation lawyer focusing on white-collar crime and commercial litigation.

Practice Focus

Louise advises Swiss and international clients — both individuals and corporations — on complex litigation matters.

She has broad experience in white-collar crime, including fraud, corruption, money laundering and internal investigations. Her work often involves multijurisdictional proceedings and regulatory matters.

Louise also assists companies in designing and adapting their compliance frameworks. She helps clients anticipate litigation risks and respond to emerging threats such as cyberattacks and internal fraud. In addition, she represents clients in commercial litigation across sectors, defending their interests in both national and cross-border disputes.
