Biography
Michał Sałajczyk is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s IPTech group in Warsaw.
He focuses on advising clients from the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector and brings extensive experience across a wide spectrum of issues related to intellectual property rights, media, entertainment and online platforms.
Michał is an attorney-at-law. He earned his law degree from the University of Warsaw, and completed postgraduate studies in new technology law and personal data protection.

Michał has assisted a diverse range of clients, including advertising agencies, technology firms, artists, film and TV production companies, gambling operators, automobile manufacturers, and streaming platforms.
He possesses extensive expertise in copyright law and is skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts involving intellectual property rights, with particular focus on international transactions.
