Biography

Nancy Rosenfeld is of counsel in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. She advises clients on corporate compliance issues, including the application of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and related legislation to multinational companies operating in emerging markets.

Practice Focus

Ms. Rosenfeld has extensive experience conducting compliance reviews and internal investigations regarding potential violations of the FCPA and related legislation in a broad range of industries and jurisdictions. She advises company management — as well as corporate boards and board committees — on such investigations, and counsels regarding resolution and remediation strategies. Ms. Rosenfeld’s practice includes evaluating potential transactions with respect to FCPA compliance, assisting with structuring transactions and advising on effective contract provisions to manage FCPA compliance issues.
