Biography

Florian Puchinger is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group at Baker McKenzie in Vienna.

He joined the Firm in 2021 and has more than 5 years of experience. He has completed postgraduate studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and the City University in Hong Kong and has worked at the Austrian General Consulate in Manila, Philippines, previously.

Practice Focus

Since joining the firm Florian focuses on merger and acquisition, reorganization, general corporate law matters and has acquired in-depth knowledge of the EU regulatory framework around sustainability. Florian advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, complex restructurings (national and cross-border), joint ventures, the evolving EU regulatory agenda around ESG, as well as general corporate, compliance, commercial and contract law matters.
