Biography
Mijke Patijn is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office. Mijke joined Baker McKenzie in 2023.
Practice Focus
Mijke focusses on local and cross-border transactions including secured lending advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers and on securitisation and structured credit products involving a wide variety of asset classes.
Representative Legal Matters

Assisted a Dutch real estate developer with a refinancing loan agreement with multiple jurisdictions involved.

Assisted a Dutch engineering company with the completion of a multi-currency, multi-entity cash pool for 80 of its companies in 16 different jurisdictions.

Assisted several German banks as senior lender and security agent in relation to the financing of several Dutch real estate projects in the Netherlands
