Biography

Eweosa Owenaze is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Transactional Practice Group.

Prior to joining the Firm, Eweosa practiced as a state counsel in the River State Ministry of Justice, Nigeria, and worked as an administrative hearing officer for the State of Maine Department of Labor.

Practice Focus

Eweosa advises clients on various transactional matters, including cross-border transactions and integrations, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and global real estate transactions.
