Omnia Osman
Biography
Omnia Osman is an associate at Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Baker McKenzie Cairo. Her practice focuses on corporate commercial and M&A. She has experience working on corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and researching all commercial agreements such as service agreements, license agreements, NDAs, agency agreements, consultancy agreements, legal opinions, and legal memos, as well as assisting in the drafting and revision of term sheets, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, and management agreements. Omnia received her LLB from Queen Mary University in London in 2021. She was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2023.
Representative Legal Matters
Prior to joining Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Omnia worked on the following matters:
- Assisted in the due diligence exercise for the acquisition of Easy Care for Cosmetics and New Easy by Fine Hygienic Holding.
- Assisted in conducting the due diligence exercise and drafting the transaction documents on behalf of ETHYDCO for the potential acquisition by SIDEPC.
- Assisted in conducting a full-fledged due diligence exercise on Tiba for starch and glucose manufacturing on behalf of the seller.
- Drafted various restructuring notes, memos, and opinions for clients seeking to relocate or restructure their companies.
