Taban Nasrulah
Biography
Taban is a senior associate in the indirect tax practice. Her experience includes advising businesses on their global supply chain opportunities, assisting with global acquisition and restructuring projects, performing due diligence, advise on holding company issues and assist and advise on intra-group compliance simplifications. Taban also speaks at various VAT seminars and conferences.
Practice Focus
Taban focuses her practice on matters involving Indirect Taxes and related Customs matters. Since her start with Baker McKenzie she has been involved in several large M&A projects between leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector, the IMT sector and the Financial Services sector. Additionally, she has implemented VAT-efficient and user-friendly (supply chain) structures in various companies in the abovementioned sectors. Taban has a vast experience in multi-country coordination of Indirect Tax projects for several clients.
