Osvaldo Mora is a junior associate in the Sanctions, Trade & Customs Practice Group at Baker McKenzie’s Ciudad Juárez office. He began his legal career as a summer intern at the Firm in 2023 and later joined full-time, focusing on foreign trade matters and regulatory procedures.
He has experience in origin verification procedures and their subsequent stages, including administrative appeals and nullity lawsuits. Osvaldo has participated in customs audits and related processes, such as Administrative Procedures in Customs Matters (PAMAs), and has assisted clients with the processing and renewal of VAT Certifications.
He also supports compliance efforts related to maquiladora industry programs, including IMMEX and PROSEC.
