
Markus Meuller
Biography
Markus Meuller is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Banking & Finance Practice Group in Stockholm. He specialises in international and Swedish domestic financing transactions and has extensive experience from both Sweden and the U.S.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2019, he was a practicing attorney in New York for more 10 years, most recently at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Represented private equity firm in connection with a USD 540 million first lien credit facility and a USD 160 million second lien credit facility, the proceeds of which were used in connection with an add-on acquisition of a company providing workers compensation pharmacy benefit management services, and the joint investment in the combined entity by another sponsor.
