Manda McElrath
Biography
Manda is an associate with Baker McKenzie's Employment & Compensation Group at the Palo Alto office. Before joining the firm, she worked at a regional, midsized law firm in the Bay Area where her practice focused on professional liability and employment litigation.
In law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the Northern District of California. She also served as an articles editor with the UC Davis Law Review.
Practice Focus
Manda's practice focuses on employment and labor disputes and investigations matters. She represents employers in state and federal courts, including claims related to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wage and hour violations, and trade secret misappropriation matters.
