Besson Lu
Biography
Besson Lu is a senior partner at Baker McKenzie's Taipei office, and is the lead lawyer of the criminal and administrative litigation team. He is experienced in dispute resolution and antitrust law, providing excellent legal services to both domestic and international clients across various industry sectors. Besson's practice focus also includes litigation and arbitration, including contract negotiations, and he offers valuable knowledge in a diverse array of commercial disputes. Prior to joining the Firm, Besson served as a civil servant intern at the Commission of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C., where he played a pivotal role in drafting bills related to energy development and regulation.
